Statement:
The specific purpose for which this corporation is formed to further the Gospel
of the Lord Jesus Christ through engaging churches and Christian Ministries with
printing, education and entertainment and to engage in any lawful act or
activity for which corporations may be organized under the Act.

I
am an ordained
minister and Youth
Pastor at Cy-Fair Family Worship Center Houston. April
and I founded HZM Ministries for others who are in need. I hold
a few other positions, I am one of the leaders for Campus
Crusade for Christ at Cy-Fair Lone
Star College Campus. I personally have trained six young
adult college students to become effective leaders on campus. We
started as one of the smallest college clubs with 3-5 students
attending a meeting once a week. We are now the largest
attending club on campus with over 120 college students
attending three meetings a week. We also have set forth 2
college students to start Campus Crusade for Christ at two
universities. I am also one of the founders of the HZM NW
Leaders Network that is compiled of 32 Youth
Pastors. I am also a full-time student at Lone
Star College for a AAS Business
Management Degree and I just enrolled at Gordon-Conwell
Theological Seminary for a Bachelor's Degree in Master in
Divinity. I enjoy spending time with my wife, kids, blogging on
facebook, event photography, helping ministries, and watching OU
Football. The best thing about what I do for our ministry is
that I get to introduce people to Jesus. I get to see how
relationships change as people grow with passion and desire to
seek the Lord. It is such a reward and privilege. I speak at
schools, churches, youth conferences, and school Christian
clubs. I have 14 years in Youth Ministry Leadership/Youth
Pastor. I also have 8 years as a supervisor and 5 years in
management. I have worked 29 camps as cabin leader, dean, and
speaker. I have spoken over 350 conferences, events, revivals,
and youth services.
I have certificates in Christian
Counseling, Understanding People & Problems,
Understanding Your Teenager, Project
Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six
Sigma Yellow
Belt, Caterpillar Kaizen
Project, Quality Control, Logistics
Management, and Supply
Chain Management. More then anything I love Jesus
Christ and I am just a servant.

Hey there
everyone... I just want to say that I'm a Youth Leader at Cy-Fair Family Worship
Center, Houston, TX and am a huge part of HZM Ministries. I intend to go back to
Cy-Fair
LoneStar College to get my degree in Web Design & Graphic Design and/or
Business Management. If you didn't go to college, I highly suggest
you go back! I love going to the different events and fellowshipping with
other believers. I love hanging out with my kids, all my kids. I
have 3 of my own, but I see our youth group as my kids also. When they hurt, I
hurt & when they are excited, I am excited. It's so awesome to see a
group of kids on fire & want to share the gospel. Much love & God

addition to being on the HZM Ministries board, I'm a dad of 3 beautiful
daughters, a system engineer at Compaq/HP for 16 years, and active in the
technical arts ministry (specifically, audio
engineer) at Copperfield Church since 1999 or so. I grew up in the
Dallas area, so I happen to be a Cowboys fan. Hope everyone can forgive
me, 'cause it ain't changing! :-) My hobbies are, in no particular
order, being with family and friends, running live audio, cooking, and working
out. I appreciate what HZM Ministries does because they reach people for
Christ in unique ways and aren't afraid to try something new. Ask TC to
show you some YouTube videos

I'm
a writer and counselor and I'm involved in the media and counseling ministries
at Silverlake Community Church.
I went to college for IT and Entertainment Business. My hobbies are cooking,
wandering around Hobby
Lobby, learning about naturally curly
hair and spending time with family and friends. HZM Ministries is
awesome to me because they address a BIG need in God's kingdom and everyone
involved has BIG hearts and loves God immensely, this is why I have been apart
of the board since HZM began. Like Praise 92.1 says, we love you &
there's nothing you can do about it!

HZM Ministries, Feed a Friend, and Hip Hop Hope missions. I was introduced to
the people that run these ministries by TC Villalobos. Through him I made
friends with Bobby and Amanda Herring, which introduced me to their ministries.
And through it all I have grown a passion in my heart for the ministries of the
Lord.

Milton
Thigpen, originally from Greensboro, NC, earned a degree in Accounting at
Jefferson College. He later attended the University of Phoenix where he received
a B. S. in Business Management. Milton
enjoys a successful career as Project Accounting Support with ExxonMobil.
Milton
has volunteered in various organizations in the community, such as Junior
Achievement, to help mentor and inspire young people. He has mentored students
through ExxonMobil sponsored programs such as SNAPP (Students who Need A Pat and
a Push), Texas Scholars, and Science Ambassadors. He was also a key volunteer
supporter for L' Mor Village, a youth and children’s orphanage. He is also a
business partner for the Aldine ISD Superintendent Advisory Committee.

Hey Guys!! I'm Kailyn but many people
know me as KayKay. I am active in many different ministries & love the
youth. I attend Cy-Fair Family Worship Center & their youth group, Sould Out
Youth Ministries & help & attend CoGoP's youth camp. I also am a student
at the Cy-Fair Lone Star College. I am majoring in Christian Counseling. On our
campus I am one of the leaders for Campus Crusade for Christ, which is one of
the largest clubs there. Then of course, I'm involved with HZM Ministries, I
have been with HZM since day one. This ministry has impacted many lives
including mine & for that I couldn't be more grateful. I love working with
youth & being involved with the youth ministries. I also love fellowship
with other believers of Christ; I believe it's very needed in one's walk. But
most important, I love my Lord
& Savior Jesus Christ.
